Roof, siding, windows and gutters in Dubuque, Iowa
Four trades, drawn on one page and built by one crew under one contract. Irena Lewandowski signs it, and Tamar answers the phone.

The elevation
Every exterior job begins as a drawing like this one: four trades from the ridge to the foundation, on one sheet, with one schedule and one signature.
Tear-off, deck check, underlayment, shingles and flashing. The roof goes first, so everything below it stays dry while we work.
Gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffit, hung after the roof edge is done so they fit the new drip edge.
Replacement windows set, flashed and sealed to the new siding line, not caulked in afterward.
Old siding off, the wall behind it checked, housewrap and flashing, then new siding, with the trim and corners last.

The promise
Before the first dumpster arrives, you get one contract that names every part of the job, the order we do it in and the person who answers for it. That person is me.
Every part of the job, in the order we will do it
One project manager and one phone number for all four trades
Every change is written down and signed by both of us before the work happens
Anything found under the old shingles or behind the old siding is shown to you in a photo before it is priced

Before you use an instant quote
Online quote tools measure your roof from a satellite picture and give a number in minutes. That is a fair way to start. Here is how it differs from a written estimate.

How a job runs
This is the order a whole-exterior job follows. A single repair or one set of windows skips straight to the step it needs.
We walk the outside with you, then the attic, and take photos of every side of the house.
You get the elevation, a scope for each part and a total, in writing. There is nothing to sign that day.
Roof first, then gutters and trim, windows, and siding last, so nothing new is walked on or splashed.
Cameron meets you at the start. Tamar texts you photos at the end, with what happens next.
We go around the house together with the drawing in hand. A magnet sweep for nails follows.
One folder holds the contract, every change sheet, the makers' registration papers and care notes.
Who answers for the job
You will meet all three. Irena signs the contract, Tamar runs the schedule and Cameron leads the crew on your walls and windows.

Owner, signs every contract
Irena walks every house before she signs for it. She wrote the one-page scope that starts each job.
Tamar sets the order of work, orders the materials and sends the photo text at the end of each day.

Crew lead, siding and windows
Cameron leads the crew that takes down old siding, sets windows and trims out the corners.
From homeowners
“The roofers and the gutter crew were the same people, so nobody asked me whose job the fascia was.”
“Cameron showed me the rotted sheathing behind the old siding before he priced anything. The change sheet was one page.”
“I had three quotes for three trades. Irena's was one page with the order of work, and I could read all of it.”
“The text with photos at the end of each day told me what I would see on the house the next morning.”

Our service area
The office is on Rhomberg Avenue in Dubuque. Every estimate starts with someone from the crew driving to your house.

We are registered in Iowa only, so we don't work in Illinois or Wisconsin, even across the river.
Questions
Yes. A roof, a set of gutters, six windows or one wall of siding is a job like any other. The one contract is for the people who want several parts done in a sensible order, not a rule.
We don't promise a discount. What changes is the setup: one dumpster, one set of ladders, one permit visit and one cleanup. The written estimate shows each part on its own line, so you can see what the overlap does and decide.
The roof, then the gutters and trim, then the windows, then the siding. Work goes from the top down so nothing new gets walked on, dripped on or knocked loose.
We look at the shingles, the flashing, the attic side of the deck and the age of the roof, then show you the photos. If a repair is the honest answer, the estimate says repair.
Heat from the attic melts snow on the roof, and the water freezes again at the cold edge of the eave. Insulation and ventilation are the lasting fix. An ice-and-water barrier along the eaves helps when water backs up. We look at all three at the estimate.
